Not a single year goes by without private personsn and companies being affected by changes to laws or new decrees. Those who do not concern themselves intensively with the subject quickly become unable to provide clients with appropriate advice. The field of taxation is also characterised by an enormous number of informations leaflets and Court judgements.

Many stumbling blocks have to be negotiated and failure to observe these can lead to serious consequences for companies. The value added tax, introduced in 1995, is a particularly dangerous instrument of State revenue collection.
