It includes all duties in the field of administrative management and the full administrative management of companies operating from Switzerland but not wishing or able to develop an own infrastrukture - an area which has experienced major growth in recent years. The management of these clients requires a good knowledge of English and French.
The administrative management of companies also includes the assumption of Board of Director mandates as well as the provision of registered company offices.
